Then join us for a morning of paddleboard yoga on the the French Broad River in Asheville!
Try out something NEW this summer and experience the calm and wellness benefits of SUP yoga in Asheville. There's an added sense of balance and calm while floating on top of the water, and during these two-hour SUP yoga sessions you'll also learn the basics of stand up paddling from some of Asheville's best instructors.
Classes are capped at six people to ensure a personalized experience!
